This is a quick diary that I will post when there’s no other Bucket in the queue. I’ve spent most of my life admiring green trees reaching for the sky. This diary is dedicated to other objects that do likewise, and make interesting subjects for photography.
THE DAILY BUCKET IS A NATURE REFUGE. WE AMICABLY DISCUSS ANIMALS, WEATHER, CLIMATE, SOIL, PLANTS, WATERS AND NOTE LIFE’S PATTERNS.
WE INVITE YOU TO NOTE WHAT YOU ARE SEEING AROUND YOU IN YOUR OWN PART OF THE WORLD, AND TO SHARE YOUR OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMMENTS BELOW.

Sometimes trees are involved too. Last summer I stopped in downtown McCall, Idaho to buy some produce at their weekly Farmers Market. Looking up, I saw this pairing of clouds and conifers.
Going back to the farm for a moment,
Here’s a spire in the making, also in Kansas. There’s no telling what you might have to wait for on the highway!
Back to the forest,
And back to the farm,
Now it’s your turn. Tell us what is going on in your part of the world, whether you are looking up, down, or inward.
