Like his life-long re-gifting tendencies, Trump is selling off memorabilia in violation of BATFE rules and the terms of his indictment release. This time it’s more Mar-a-Lago entertainment in auctioning off commemorative guns, sans ‘perfect’ phone calls.
This past weekend at Mar-a-Lago, a "one of a kind Trump Glock from the 45th President of the United States Donald J. Trump" was auctioned off during a charity event. A presentation for the auction displayed pictures of the firearm, and bidding for Trump's "priceless" firearm started at $10,000.

The gun Trump auctioned off at Mar-a-Lago is not the same gun as the one his campaign originally claimed he purchased in September at Palmetto State Armory (on right).
Trump, who is currently under federal indictment, is barred by federal law from shipping, transporting, or receiving firearms or ammunition. It is also a crime for anyone sell or dispose of firearms to another person, like Trump who is prohibited from shipping, transporting, or receiving them.
Trump and anyone who sold him that weapon could potentially face prison time. Trump could also forfeit his pre-arranged bail. Since Trump's indictments are so well known, the person who purchased the weapon could also be legally liable for assisting Trump in breaking federal law.

ZELENSKY: "We are ready to ... buy more (anti-tank) Javelins from the United States for defense purposes."
TRUMP:"I would like you to do us a favor though...."
July 2019, Trump made his now infamous “perfect” phone call to Zelensky – at the time he was withholding almost $400m in military aid to Ukraine – to pressure the new Ukrainian president to announce he was investigating the Bidens.
Candidate Trump’s stop a gun store in South Carolina on Monday wasn’t just an offhand visit: His eight SUV convoy doesn’t do anything without advance planning days or even weeks ahead of any event Trump attends or location he visits. He made a decision to stop at Palmetto State Armory in Summerville, South Carolina, because he knew that that specific gun store was where the racist shooter in Jacksonville, Florida bought the guns he used to kill three Black people at a Dollar General store in late August. On the receiver of one gun, the killer had painted a swastika right next to the engraved name of the store where he bought it, Palmetto State Armory. It’s just one month after the killings occurred. Memories are strong, and emotions in the Black community are still raw.
Trump knew this. And he also knew that memories of his racist base voters are just as strong, and their racist emotions are just as raw, waiting for him to signal that he’s with them. So, there he stood in Palmetto State Armory, handling a special edition Glock with his name and likeness engraved into the plastic handle and slide of the gun.

The Trump campaign now says Donny did not purchase/take possession of the Glock bearing his image, but he simply said he wanted one
(2016): The Washington Post reports the Trump foundation has been regifting donations so that Trump could take the credit.
